New rules for mailers!
Effective January 5, 2013, the final fold on folded self mailers must be at the bottom of the mail piece, or it will be considered non-machinable and incur extra surcharges.
If you have questions about the design of your mailers, contact a USPS Mailpiece Design Analyst at 855-593-6093 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. More information about MDAs can be found here.
